Demolition and removal of existing flooring

• Our team will safely and efficiently remove the existing flooring
• ​For large and difficult jobs we have a special floor removal machine called the "Terminator". The Terminator is powerful riding machine that can easily remove the toughest flooring up to 20 times faster than conventional methods of chipping and scraping, with less than half the labor force. The Terminator is electric powered (not gasoline) so it will not leave behind any harmful odors.

Flooring Preparation

• Floor preparation is the most important part of what we do. A properly prepared foundation is essential for ensuring a successful flooring installation. We care about your flooring needs as much as you do!
• Ardex and specialty cements are used to get your floor ready to receive the new flooring product.
• Moisture testing are performed as needed (Calcium chloride or RH test).​ ​

Self-Leveling Services

• Network Flooring & Maintenance specializes in self leveling floors.
• We use Uzin, Ardex, and other specialty products which can be used as an underlayment for carpet, tile, and wood flooring, or can be used for a decorative "concrete" look.
